Barcelona Airport BCN is around 20 kilometers from the Barcelona City. It is situated in a town called El Prat de Llobregat, a small village in the south f Barcelona.

There are 3 public ways to reach Barcelona center:

  1. TAXI: It takes around 25-30 minutes and the average cost is 30 Euros per trip. The taxis are taken in the basement of the airport and they are offcial service from the city. Ask they connect the TAXIMETRO and it will cost you around 30 Euros.
  2. BUS: The official service is called AEROBUS, and it is a great bus service connecting the city with the aiport. It cost 5 Euros per person for a single trip or 8,56 for round trip.
  3. TRAIN: Renfe connects the airport with main Station Sants Estacio for 5 Euros. It takes 30 minutes. With a frequency of 30 min is connected to the main stations in the city of Barcelona. The ride to Barcelona-Sants is about 18 min. From the 1st train 03/06/2010 BCN to the airport leaves at 5am. Conversely leaves at 5:40. The last train from the airport to Barcelona leaves at 23:38.
